Improve your weaknesses
This is contrary to the formula given in the previous paragraph, but it is equally important if you want to improve your life and achieve something significant. You need to get rid of your weaknesses, and as much as possible. This may sound hard, but with a lot of patience and persistence, you will achieve what you have decided. Start from small things, then, move on to the challenges. For example, stop biting your nails before you attempt to quit smoking. Easy and secure access will lead to a complete reversal of your life!

Discover your sense and enjoy it while you achieving
Remind yourself that your purpose is not to work ten hours a day and five days a week for the next 30 years, and then retire. Your real goal should be to discover your life’s calling, to enjoy trying to accomplish it, step by step. In the end, your legacy boils down to two questions:
- How do I affect the lives of others?
- Did I help someone to be a better person?
Practice your patience
Patience is a virtue that should be respected more. It helps you to relax and think about things that are happening to you. Did someone upset you in traffic? Relax, take a deep breath and consider the possibility that the man rushed to the hospital where his wife is giving birth. Patience helps you to look at the problem from the viewpoint of other people during very frustrating moments.

React on good news with sincere enthusiasm
Scientists call this “Active and constructive response.” If a friend or colleague shares the good news with you, there are many ways that you can react to it. One of “IF” responses can be “This is great! I never doubted that you will succeed if you’re really committed.” ”IF” answer helps to share the happiness of others and show interest. In this way, you will establish stronger links and you will be more positive.
Be diligent
Every person should have the ambition and self-discipline. If you are wondering why you so much slacking off, maybe it’s time to stand in front of the mirror and ask yourself what is stopping you being diligent and hardworking. Usually, the first step towards motivating is just this- to consider the first step. Then, go step by step – get out of bed, stop with a frequent use of social networks and choose to be diligent.

Find something or someone who will make you laugh

Relax and be spontaneous
This is very important for a healthy life. If you’re at work, take breaks: practice deep breathing, take a walk outside, get some sleep fifteen minutes. Insert the spontaneity in your life by taking your partner to lunch at a new restaurant, or you can watch the sunset.
